When we launched Baseline Amber and Baseline Pale, we set out to change the way Kansas City thinks about non-alcoholic beer. Instead of compromising on taste, we used our background in engineering and brewing to develop recipes that retain the rich malt character and hop aroma craft beer drinkers love, all without the alcohol.
