Border is a brewery first — the beer is the headline. But not everyone drinks beer, and the rest of your group shouldn't have to settle for a soda. Our cocktail menu is small on purpose: a handful of classics done right, some beer-based pours you won't find anywhere else, and a few seltzer cocktails built around our Pink Drink.
Fresh-squeezed citrus. Real syrups. Honest pours. The full list lives at the bar — ask what's on rotation and the bartender will steer you right.

The classics
Margaritas, palomas, a proper old fashioned. We don't reinvent these — we just don't cut corners on them.
Beer cocktails
Micheladas, beermosas, shandies — pulls from our taps, finished with citrus, salt, and the occasional surprise.
Pink Drink cocktails
Our Pink Drink hard seltzer plays nice with rum, tequila, fresh citrus, and a few things you'll have to ask the bartender about.
N/A serves
Mocktails that don't taste like apple juice in a fancy glass. Built around our Baseline non-alcoholic line and fresh ingredients.

Real ingredients.
Honest pours.
We don't do molecular foams or 14-ingredient signature cocktails. We squeeze the limes ourselves, make the simple syrup in-house, and use the same brand of tequila we'd buy for our own birthday. The drinks taste like what they're supposed to taste like.
