The Pioneer Story
When we launched Baseline Amber and Baseline Pale, we set out to change the way Kansas City thinks about non-alcoholic beer. Instead of compromising on taste, we used our background in engineering and brewing to develop recipes that retain the rich malt character and hop aroma craft beer drinkers love — all without the alcohol.
That's not marketing copy. It's chemistry, fermentation science, and a decade of brewing experience applied to a problem the big NA brands were still solving with shortcuts and synthetic flavoring.
