We’re proud to be the first brewery in the region to create a full series of craft-brewed non-alcoholic beers — starting with our Baseline Amber and Baseline Pale Ale. These NA options are brewed just like our traditional beers (not dealcoholized after the fact), giving them the same rich body, flavor, and mouthfeel you'd expect from a true craft pint. Whether you're cutting back or just want a great-tasting alternative, our Baseline series makes sure you never have to compromise.
This crowd-pleaser pairs the easy drinkability of a blonde ale with the subtle sweetness of real strawberries. Light, smooth, and just fruity enough, it’s the kind of beer that works in every season — especially on the patio. Lima Fresca is our creative take on a traditional Kölsch, brewed with real lime and a hint of salt to bring out its crisp, zesty personality.
