About the Beer
What's in the can.
Strawberry Blonde is the gateway. The friend-brought-you-to-Border-and-this-is-what-you-ordered beer. The "I do not usually like beer, but…" beer. It is one of the best-loved pours in the taproom and a year-round must.
We build it as a clean, light blonde ale — soft golden body, low bitterness, neutral fermentation — and add real strawberry late in the process so the fruit reads as fresh, never candied. The result is a light pink-blushed pour that smells like a summer farmer market and drinks like the easiest 4% beer of the year.
It is fruit-forward without being sweet. Crisp without being thin. And it pairs with everything from brunch to a bowl of popcorn at trivia night.
