Patio Pale Ale is our love letter to the classic American pale. It is what you drink when you want all the flavor of a great hoppy beer without the bite — bright citrus, a satisfying mid-palate, and a finish that resets you for the next sip.
We hop it generously with Cascade and Simcoe — two of the most beloved American hop varieties — for grapefruit, pine, and stone-fruit aromatics. The malt bill keeps it grounded: soft, smooth, never sweet, never aggressive.
It is the bartender favorite at Border Brewing for a reason. If you only have time for one beer, this is the safe bet that still surprises.
