Stay Classy is exactly what it sounds like — a well-dressed IPA that shows up, looks the part, and delivers. No haze. No gimmicks. Just a properly built West-Coast-leaning American IPA with bright hop character and a crisp, dry finish.
We keep the grain bill clean and let the hops do the heavy lifting — citrus, gentle pine, and a touch of stone fruit, layered across the boil and finished with a moderate dry hop. The result is a 6% IPA that drinks lighter than its weight class and has the kind of crisp finish that makes you forget how much you have had.
Approachable enough for IPA newcomers. Sharp enough for hop heads. Always classy.
