About the Beer
Rooftop Red is what we pour as the sun starts setting over the Crossroads. It is a malt-forward amber lager built around rich Munich and lightly caramelized specialty malts — the kind of beer that has body without weight, and depth without sweetness.
Cold-fermented and lagered the right way, it pours a beautiful copper-red, finishes clean, and bridges the gap between a session lager and a heavier amber ale. Approachable enough for first-timers, complex enough to keep regulars coming back.
If Backyard is the lawn-mower beer, Rooftop Red is the after-work-on-the-deck beer. Different jobs, different beers, same brewery.
